Durango routes prompts, attachments, conversation context, and generation requests to model providers and infrastructure services selected or required for the feature you use.

Durango uses third-party services for authentication, payments, hosting, storage, analytics, error reporting, and similar operations. These providers receive information necessary to perform their services.

Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored directly by Durango.
