Information we collect
We collect account information such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers, subscription status, and billing-related metadata when you create or use a Durango account.
We collect product usage information such as chats, prompts, generated images or videos, characters, model choices, API requests, settings, credits usage, device information, log data, and diagnostics needed to operate and improve Durango.
How we use information
We use information to provide Durango, authenticate users, sync conversations and studio assets, process payments, enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve product quality.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product performance, model usage, reliability, and feature adoption.
AI content and model providers
Durango routes prompts, attachments, conversation context, and generation requests to model providers and infrastructure services selected or required for the feature you use.
Third-party model providers may process this content under their own terms and privacy practices. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information unless you are comfortable with that processing.
Payments, authentication, and analytics
Durango uses third-party services for authentication, payments, hosting, storage, analytics, error reporting, and similar operations. These providers receive information necessary to perform their services.
Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored directly by Durango.

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember app preferences, secure sessions, measure usage, and improve reliability.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some parts of Durango may not work correctly if required cookies are blocked.
Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.
We keep information as long as needed to provide Durango, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. You may request deletion of account information by contacting us.

You can update account details through Durango or the authentication provider, delete content where product controls allow it, and request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting us.
If you are in a region with specific privacy rights, we will respond to applicable requests as required by law.
