Durango Code vs T3 Code

T3 Code, from Theo's T3 Tools, is a free, open-source (MIT) app for running coding agents: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Grok Build, OpenCode, Antigravity and more, on your own subscriptions. It runs as a desktop app or a local web UI, with iOS and Android apps for driving it remotely. Its makers describe it as very early.

Durango Code has the same core idea (your agents, your subscriptions, one app, MIT) and differs in what's around it: it also runs Kimi Code, lets any thread spawn subagents on other providers, shows up to six threads side by side, and connects to Durango Cloud repos, tasks and memory shared with Durango Chat.

Yes. Both are free and MIT-licensed, and both use your existing agent subscriptions. T3 Code's remote access is free for up to three machines, with more on paid T3 Chat plans.

What's the main difference?

T3 Code focuses on a lean GUI for your agents plus phone remotes. Durango Code adds Kimi Code, cross-provider subagents, split view of up to six threads, and Durango's cloud repos, tasks and shared memory.

Can I run both?

Yes. Both drive the same agent CLIs with the same sign-ins, so you can try each on the same project.
